Welcome to Flirt Network! These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Flirt Network platform ("Flirt" or "Flirt Network"), operated by Flirt Network Ltd ("we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using our platform, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue using Flirt Network immediately.
1. Eligibility
1.1 You must be at least 18 years old to use our platform.
1.2 By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you:

3.2 Harass, abuse, or harm other users.
3.3 Share or post illegal, offensive, obscene, or otherwise inappropriate content.
3.4 Engage in spam, phishing, or unauthorized advertising.
3.5 Collect or store personal data of other users without their consent.
3.6 Use automated scripts, bots, or scraping tools to interact with the platform.
3.7 Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
4. User Content
4.1 By posting content on Flirt Network, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute your content as part of the platform.
4.2 You represent and warrant that your content does not infringe on the intellectual property rights or privacy of others.
4.3 We reserve the right to remove content that violates these Terms or is deemed inappropriate.
5. Subscription and Payments
5.1 Certain features of Flirt Network may require a subscription or payment.
5.2 Payments are processed through secure third-party providers, and you agree to their terms and conditions.
5.3 All fees are non-refundable unless required by law.
5.4 We reserve the right to modify subscription plans and fees with prior notice.
6. Intellectual Property
6.1 All content, features, and functionality on Flirt Network, including text, graphics, logos, and software, are owned by Flirt Network Ltd or licensed to us and are protected by intellectual property laws.
6.2 You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without prior written consent.
7. Limitation of Liability
7.1 Flirt Network is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
7.2 We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure access to the platform.
7.3 To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Flirt Network.
8. Termination
8.1 You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at support@flirtnetwork.com.
8.2 We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or engage in prohibited activities.
8.3 Upon termination, your access to the platform and associated data may be permanently deleted.
9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
9.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of Uganda.
9.2 Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through negotiation. If unresolved, disputes may be submitted to the competent courts in Uganda.
10. Changes to These Terms
10.1 We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for legal reasons.
10.2 We will notify you of significant updates by posting the revised Terms on our platform and updating the "Effective Date."
